2) How do we transfer utilities to your name?

Please visit the following links to transfer utilities. Utilities must be transferred in the name of the tenants by the lease start date. We encourage you to set up for ACH payments so that payments are made to the utilities in a timely manner and a service disconnection does not happen.

3) Is there a cleaner you would recommend for cleaning the unit from time to time?

We recommend Juanita at 419-902-9879 and tell her that you were referred by Sri at NOX Homes.

4) Are pets allowed?

Small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the landlord.

5) How many parking spots are available?

All units have a one-car garage and an additional car can be parked in the driveway. You can park as many cars as the number of adults registered on the lease. Additional cars can be parked within the block where the unit is located and not in other blocks.

6) Is there a condo or community fee (snow removal, pool maintenance fee, lawn cutting, etc.) that tenants are responsible for?

Condo fees are the responsibility of the landlord and include landscaping, snow removal, trash pickup, and the common areas.

7) How do we get the pool pass to access the community pool?

Please contact Emily Eckel at Seaway Asset Mgmt (Ph:419-537-1090 and email Iamemilyeckel@aol.com).
She will get you a pool access card which is $25. It is refundable. At the end of your lease, please return the card to Seaway Asset Management to get the $25 refunded.
If you lose the card and need a replacement, you will have to work with Seaway to get a replacement card at $25 cost. Please note the cards are issued at the Seaway Asset Management Office only.

8) Our lease ends soon. How do we cancel the utilities?

Please do not cancel or ask for a 'disconnection' of the utilities. We, the landlords will transfer them to our name at the end of your lease.

9) Our lease is ending soon. How soon after the lease ends do we get our security deposit back?

We check the units for any damages within a week and forward the security deposit after any deductions for any damages.

10) My address on the lease is going to change once my lease ends. How can I send my new address to get the security deposit refund check?

Please email your new address to Noxinvestments@googlegroups.com

11) Trash pickup?

Trash is picked up on Thursdays. Trash bins must be placed outside no earler than 4 pm on Wednesday and must be pulled back into garage/house by 10 am on Friday.
Trsash bins can't be left anywhere outside, even on the side of the house or front area during other times. The HOA will assess a $25 per day penalty for violations that are tenant's responsibility.

Also please check the pickup schedule to see if any holidays fall on your pickup day, in which case pickup will be delayed by a day.
